Our
in-house Restaurant Da Gabrisa, is also open to
the public and our choice location on Via Pasitea
means that not only do patrons enjoy the vibrant
atmosphere of Positano’s historical centre
but also spectacular views of the sea and nearby
Li Galli Islands.
The exclusive Da Gabrisa Restaurant exemplifies
the simplicity of Italian cuisine and uses fine
local ingredients from the region of Campania
to make exquisite traditional dishes. This volcanic
region is particularly famous for its citruses,
peppers and vast array of marine life, while in
terms of lubrication, well, there’s no such
thing as bad wine in Italy.
The adjoining bar is for both patrons of the
4 star hotel Villa Gabrisa and the public, where
guests can try the local speciality, Limoncello,
a sweet liquor made from locally grown lemons
and ideal for washing down a great meal.
